Critique: her breasts feel way too high, unless those are actually her shoulders? If we were looking up at her the positioning would be okay. The face sort of thing on the emblem in the background is leaning on both sides, it feels more off than intentional.

I would stay away from rulers, instead, try turning your piece upside-down if you're working traditional, or flipping the canvas if you're working digitally. The new perspective will make mistakes very obvious.
